1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the "Match AI" mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Match AI is an AI-powered dating profile optimization tool designed to help users improve their dating profiles. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze profile photos, generate bios, suggest pickup lines, and provide chat assistance.
3. AI Disclaimer
You acknowledge that the App uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate content and analyze images.
- Accuracy: AI systems are not perfect. Match AI may occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or biased information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the App before using it.
- No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific dating outcomes, matches, or results from using our suggestions. You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by the App.
- Photo Analysis: AI-powered photo analysis is subjective and may not reflect the opinions of all individuals. Scores and feedback are generated algorithmically and should be treated as suggestions, not definitive assessments.
4. User Content and Photos
The App requires access to your photo library to provide its core functionality.
- Photo Usage: Photos you upload are processed by AI for analysis and feedback. You represent that you have the right to upload any photos you submit.
- Consent: Do not upload photos of other individuals without their consent.
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload photos that contain illegal content, explicit material involving minors, or content that violates any applicable laws.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
6. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in using Apple or Google authentication services.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App or its AI models.
- Use AI-generated content to harass, deceive, or harm another person.
- Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Use the App to generate spam, fraudulent profiles, or misleading content.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, AI models, and branding, is owned by Quilt Labs LLC. You retain rights to the photos and personal data you input into the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quilt Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to unsatisfactory dating outcomes, reliance on AI-generated content, or data loss.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States.
